Welcome to KWGA 2026 Season!
Membership is open to female amateur golfers with a USGA handicap, regardless of age, from the greater Kalamazoo area.
- Annual dues must be paid before participation in one-day events or those tournaments restricted to members.
- Memberships are accepted throughout the season.
KWGA is adopting USGA’s GHIN (Golf Handicap Information Network) as the standard handicap
We are using USGA GHIN as our primary handicap system to verify a player’s handicap for all of our 2026 events. The USGA GHIN handicap is the most widely used and accepted handicap for amateur events. Many of our members already have a GHIN number through the Golf Association of Michigan (GAM) and/or as part of their club memberships (example: Moors, Battle Creek Country Club, Kalamazoo Country Club, Gull Lake Country Club).
KWGA members who do not currently have a GHIN number:
Get GHIN membership with KWGA’s special rate $30 (a $45 value which includes a one-year GAM membership). You will receive an email afterwards to complete your GHIN registration and be assigned a GHIN ID number.
We encourage all KWGA members to post ALL scores throughout the season using your USGA GHIN app wherever you are playing. Download the USGA GHIN app on App Store or Google Play. For more information about USGA GHIN, please visit https://gam.org/handicapping/handicapping-resources/

If you have a GHIN number not affiliated with a local club, you can take advantage of KWGA’s special rate to renew your 2026 membership.
